Metal Construction Components automated process allows wall panels to be pre-assembled in a controlled environment. Panels are constructed using automated welding processes that reduce construction time while also increasing the structural load capacity with high strength silicon bronze welds. OSB, dens glas, or other non-finish sheathing can be installed to further reduce the time required for erection. Panels are labeled and placed on pallets in construction order to be delivered to the jobsite as needed.
