1. Bouncing into the room, she lit up the area with a glow on her face as she told about her fiancé and their wedding plans. 2. She huddled in the corner, clutching her tattered blanket and shaking convulsively, as she feverishly searched the room for the unknown dangers that awaited her. 3. Bursting through the door, the flustered mother screamed uncontrollably at the unsuspecting teacher who had given her child an F. 4. He glanced behind him, for hear of his imagined pursuers, then hurriedly walked on, jumping at the slightest sound even of a leaf crackling under his own foot. 5. Gently smiling, the mother tucked the covers up around the child’s neck, and carefully, quietly, left the room making sure to leave a ray of light shining through the opened door should the child wake.

It was a cool and damp evening with an active breeze making its way in through the open window. The man scribbled furiously, unable to believe that he was actually this close to solving the puzzle. With one stroke of his pen he was finished. In the morning, he would mail the entry away, and there was little doubt that the grand prize would be his. Without a moment’s thought, he put down the paper and ran excitedly from the room while the wind continued its evening song.
