Presentation transcript:

A big long yellow/orange beak Black pupils with blue outlining Black tip on the orange beak Black and white feathers and/or fur All fur/feathers is black Some of the toucan like the neck is white The end of the beak is curved The tail is black and long The claws are long on his feet The bird is long and tall Has a lot of feathers and fur Physical adaptions of the toucan

Toucans behavioral adaptions  A special adaption they have is deafening each other while they are in small flocks, they do this for when they see a bird of prey they gather around it and jeer it and it scares off the predator.  Sleep in the wild: nesting in holes, toucan turning its head and placing its long beaks on its backs, with its hook pushed down between the wings and the body, they also fold their tails on their backs as well when sleeping in nests in holes.
