 What do we need

On top of the food chain, the Biggest & Strongest hunter in the wild. Even with all its strength, 90% of all the lion’s solo hunts fail. THE LION

Knowing this, the lions always execute their hunting Strategy in TEAMS

The leopard is a solo hunter with a 60% success rate.

The leopard takes time to study its prey’s patterns and weaknesses. It will follow the prey for miles while keeping its distance

How great is your understanding of your market & competition? Do you invest in research and development?

The Cheetah

To ensure success, cheetahs hunt in groups of 3 or 4

The cheetah can reach incredible speeds of 90kph in 5 seconds However it has a Deadline! At such speeds, the cheetah’s body heats up to fatal levels within 10 seconds

The cheetahs must ensure success with in 10 seconds We must ensure we accomplish our tasks within a set time frame

The Hyena The hyena is not very fast or clever But it has a Secret!

The hyena’s biggest secret is … ENDURANCE Hyenas can maintain a chase for miles without giving up until the prey tires.

How resilient is your team? Are we ready to go all the way?

The Wild Dog

Their secret is Large Numbers and Adaptability

They hunt in a wide range of habitats through semi deserts to swamps Wild dogs are not restricted to one habitat

Each clan can have as many as 40 dogs. These can take down prey of all sizes

Ants have the highest level of organizational structure known on the planet Even in their hundreds of thousands of numbers, each ant is clear on its roles and goals with in the swarm.

Does every team member have clear and precise goals with in the organization?

Strategy without tactics is the slow route to victory Tactics without strategy is the noise before defeat
