If you are having problems, contact us at or you can call us at the number on the front of the instruction POSSIBLE CAUSE OR ACTION Leaking at closure (lid) Either lid and closure is not seated properly or the gasket has been attacked by high temperature or chemicals. Leaking at fittings Fittings may be cross threaded or fouled from debris. Filter damaged Check flow pattern, lowest fitting is to be inlet and the upper most fitting to be exit. Be sure that flow rate does not exceed volume turn over every minute
