 Fully volunteer-based  Number of mentees accepted is dictated by number of mentors

 Program will encourage the use of institutional resources and programs ◦ Freshmen tutoring program ◦ Undergraduate research ◦ Intern/Co-op ◦ Study abroad

 Match a freshman/ sophomore with a PTS member for mentorship  Opening social, two other meetings, possibly closing social  Provide guidance

 Assess interest in program  Interview mentors  Create selection process for mentees (First come, first serve?)  Advertise  Form evaluation standard to reassess program at end of year

 Interview mentors/ mentees  Have welcome social  Require students to meet with mentees at least two* other times during the semester  Provide support to mentees  End of semester evaluation and improvement meetings

 Create concrete application process  Set up matching program for mentees/mentors so pair have similar interests  Provide training course each semester  Add more programs (stress reduction, student panels,….)
