Smoking is one of the main causes of many lung diseases. Exhaled smoke contains toxic materials, so the smoke is a health hazard. Some people smoke for about 10 minutes. If a person smokes a day for about 4 Cigarette is a day wasted it uses a 40-minute in a day. Within a week for 2 hours and 40 minutes. Over the year, 242 hours or 10 days!!! During the time a person can found a lot of mushrooms, caught a lot of fish. Instead of smoking harmful to the lungs it can breathe fresh air, which will help his lungs.

Peoples using alcohol because it`s easier to communicate in company, helps to relax, it`s fun, you looks cool. But this is just another equal provocative. Which may be used only during free time and will. In the course of any business you can not find the time to drink alcohol. This will help stop taking it.

Drugs are one of the worst bad habits. Every year it kills a lot of people. People are in the habit of refusing the hardest besides he does the most damage. This can also get rid of leisure. Instead of syringe and tablets, people should do something interesting, exciting. Go mushrooms, go berry picking. There are innumerable leisure activities. I think we should ask the people who use drugs: Syringe or 30 years longer life in which to do much good?

Caffeine - legal drugs. Used for mental and physical ability to work to improve. Childrens can`t use it, but today kid s using it more than adults. Children before releasing their day moneys on energy drinks should think that it is better during leisure accumulation of apple or other fruit and squeeze out healthy juice which can not be prejudicial to them as caffeine, but helps to their healthly.

I think peoples must I think people should change their bad habits into meaningful leisure. Instead of the bad habits we can do so much good things. And I think in these times people have forgotten what means leisure.
