Unique Colour Coded Alert System Approved suppliers will turn Orange as they approach expiry. Then turn Red if they are allowed to expire. Items requiring calibration will appear Orange in the Calibration Register as they approach expiry. Insurance Policies will turn Orange in the Insurance Register as they approach expiry. Records required that have not been filed will appear Red in the Forms Register. Procedures that contain CCP’s or CQP’s will appear Red in the Procedure Index. Procedures that contain CP’s will appear Blue in the Procedure Index. Procedures that contain QP’s will appear Green in the Procedure Index. Colour coded CCP, CP, CQP and QP counts appear in the Procedure Index. Blanks in Hazard Analysis Worksheets, HACCP Audit Table and Validation Schedule will be highlighted in Red. (Specify………..) will come up.

HACCP Manual – eg., Approved Suppliers Register Approved suppliers will turn Orange as they approach expiry. Then turn Red if allowed to expire.
