Issues  Beamline staff and accelerator staff need more training on use of SCB Project Proposal System and Ticket System.  More feedback from SCB required to proposal submitters  Not all large tasks are being submitted as projects and being approved by SCB –S37 scraper revision, Phase II vibration alarm system, DOE Early Career Award, 6-BM ( now corrected), Oxy-gon furnace  Ticket system designed for medium jobs is sometimes being used for larger projects by lowballing initial scope and scope increases. –Beamline engineers are reluctant to be the “bad guy” by forcing staff to submit an SCB proposal and causing delay or stopping work –Need more help from ASD and XSD management to train their staff on the use of the proposal system –Need a uniform way in which to handle effort overruns on projects and tickets  No team designers available for medium sized jobs (tickets)  Insufficient designers available for approved projects due to overun on other approved projects Go to "View | Header and Footer" to add your organization, sponsor, meeting name here; then, click "Apply to All" 5
