Geography England is a country that is part of the United Kingdom. It shares land borders with Scotland to the north and Wales to the west. The Irish Sea lies north west of England, while the Celtic Sea lies to the south west. The North Sea to the east and the English Channel to the south separate it from continental Europe. With access to Buses, Trams, National Rail services and the famous London Underground or ‘tube’ a day’s travel can be very expensive. You can buy a London Travelcard, your journeys will be much cheaper. Famous Taxi cars are black. London was the first city in the world to have an underground railway, known as the 'Tube'.
