Obey Your Thirst

We all thirst for something… We long to feel loved We long to experience happiness, joy and peace We desperately search for meaning and significance.

John 4:4-42 Jesus was thirsty or was He?

What was she thirsty for? Love and acceptance John 3: ‘For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.

The meaning to life Our natural thirst is not a natural problem, it is a spiritual one.

John 7: On the last day, the climax of the festival, Jesus stood and shouted to the crowds, “If you are thirsty, come to me! If you believe in me, come and drink! For the Scriptures declare that rivers of living water will flow out from within.” (NLT)

Our thirst is not the problem, how we quench it is.
