CPAW serves at the discretion of the Mental Health Director CPAW will create a written charter, which will be approved by the Mental Health Director A Neutral Facilitator will be used to guide meetings.
To learn as much as possible about previous MHSA components, goals, and priorities; To define transformation of the public mental health system in Contra Costa To develop & recommend a plan for service integration & transformative vision for the system To advise on systems integration & transformation as requested or needed
To develop annual updates to previous MHSA components with an eye to systems integration To be the stakeholder group for MHSA Innovation To get ideas from the MHSA Tracking/Planning Group, the MHSA Steering Committee, the Consumer Involvement Steering Committee, and the Family Involvement Steering Committee
To review findings from assessment processes (research/evaluation data, etc.) To develop funding requests as needed.
Monthly meetings to start – the first Thursday of each month, from 4-6 pm, in a central location (Martinez) Every other month thereafter, or quarterly as needed. First Meeting: Thursday, March 5, 2009
