Proviso - Specific Appropriation 126, Chapter , Laws of Florida “[T]he Commissioner of Education shall recommend … a performance funding formula … include up to ten performance measures …” “At a minimum, the measures must include job placement rates, cost per degree, and graduation/ retention rates.” “In addition, the performance benchmarks and allocation methodology shall consider colleges’ current performance effectiveness as well as rates of improvement.” 2
