The Butterfly Metamorphosis Analogy

i.The Egg Formation of ideas, visions, goals Key to start with a butterfly egg. If egg belongs to house fly, so will adult. Consult with God, friends, family to ensure that you start with the idea that matches your SHAPE.

ii.The Larva Try out before investing lots of resources. Gather as much information as possible regarding the idea while on the move. When you gain some success, you have not arrived. REMEMBER, you are still a larva. i.e. Systems are still weak and immature

iii.The Pupa Time to rest, take stock and analyze information received at larva stage. Time to strengthen internal systems for bigger responsibility. Time for inward looking.

iv.The Adult Time to reign and fly in all colors of beauty. Not limited to space. Time to multiply the vision through others and help them achieve theirs.
