The mythical “Keeper of the Flame”
Keeper of the Flame The Keeper of the Flame is the heart of any organization. The Keeper nurtures, develops, (or just plain nags) users to remain focused and accountable for properly using Student Manager to make the most of their investment. A Keeper is not always the “do-er”. But, their flame should throw sparks of knowledge, creativity and consistency so that the entire organization can operate efficiently and grow.

When you call, know your version number Right there, on the home screen, upper left corner. That’s the number your tech needs.
Know what you want on your report Generally the techs can help with any report you can dream of - but they aren’t psychics! Have a visual? It helps. At least know exactly what fields you want on the report and in what order.
What data do you want to track and why We can help set your preferences, but there’s that whole psychic thing again. Techs aren’t psychic and they aren’t consultants. Outline your dreams, list specific organizational goals, then call your tech to make it happen
Don’t you dare count by hand! Really? The mother of all data systems at your fingertips and you’re counting something by hand? Give us a call – there’s got to be a better way
Keep a diary We keep a diary, but our notes aren’t perfect. Between the two of us we might find a pattern, or avoid a future problem.
