GREEN COMPUTING According to Harnessing Green IT : Principles and Practices, San Murugesan defines green computing as " the study and practice of designing, manufacturing, using, and disposing of computers, servers, and associated subsystems — such as monitors, printers, storage devices, and networking and communications systems — efficiently and effectively with minimal or no impact on the environment."

WHY GREEN COMPUTING? To create awareness. It probably can cause injury, hazard and effect your health! And not to forget, our EARTH and.

GO GREEN!  Putting your pc at a power saver.  Recycle your computer to dispose it.  Turn it off when you are not using it.  Use LCD screen instead of CRT screen.

THE ERGONOMIC Tired eyes? Back pain? Wrist injuries? Body pain? Muscle pain?

Well, you are not following the ergonomics style. It helps you to have a comfort and healthy lifestyle while using computers. You can prevent it by following the steps given to you next.

THEN,YOU SHOULD … Having an ergonomics items such as ergonomic chair, keyboard, table & etc. Get up and move often to stretch your body and muscle. Sit straight in your chair. Do not bend. Do not stare too close to your screen. Adjust your table and chair according to your comfort. Adjust the screen of your computer.
