A literature genre By Mrs. McKinley

 Make believe!!  Impossible elements  Talking animals  Magic  Time travel

 Truly anything can happen!  Fantasy is the imagination run wild!  Examples of fantasy  Eragon series  Harry Potter  Percy Jackson

 Because anything can happen!  I love to read about dragon battles  Good vs evil  Character and plot development  Fantasy characters!!

 I am currently reading The Blood of Olympus, the final book in the 2 nd Percy Jackson series.  Eragon is one of my fave series!!  I like to read these books because of the impossible feats accomplished through magic & determination  I love to read the ways the relationship develops between Eragon and his dragon, Saphira.  I’m astounded that the author was only 15 when he wrote the 1 st book!
