Direct Object Pronouns First – let’s talk about the DIRECT OBJECT in a sentence. It receives the action of the verb and goes AFTER the conjugated verb. –Ejemplo: I have the book. – Yo tengo el libro. –You eat the tacos. – Tú comes los tacos. –I want to buy a shirt. – Quiero comprar una camisa. –My friend sees Elena at school. – Mi amigo ve Elena en la escuela.
