Common App Teacher Eval Please fill out the Common App Teacher Eval. You must complete this for every student you write a letter of recommendation for. Neither the student nor other teachers will be able to see your recommendation or evaluation. Counselors have access to these documents.

How do I know my form is complete? When the Common App Teacher Eval is complete, you will see the green Check Mark When the Common App Teacher Eval is complete, you will also be able to: view it, replace it, or delete it

Letter of Recommendation Letter of recommendation will allow you to upload your recommendation from your computer. Please choose the same for all applications option, unless you personalized the recommendation for a specific school. Click Choose File to upload your letter of recommendation from your computer.

How do I know my Letter of Recommendation has been uploaded? When the Letter of Recommendation is complete, you will see the green Check Mark When the Letter of Recommendation is complete, you will also be able to: view it, replace it, or delete it
