Centralized Ammunition Management Joint Munitions Command (JMC) Manages wholesale and retail ammunition stocks as a unified whole. Effective Ammo Turn-in Turn-in required five (5) days from the Training Event. DA Form 581’s must be completed prior to the Turn-in. Units required to provide enough personnel to accomplish the turn-in task. Turn in tasks include: Unloading Segregating by DODIC and lot number Inspecting Repacking Re-stenciling Containers Place in bunkers Both Live and Residue

CAT I Ammunition Requires unit pick up at TEAD. Must have an armed escort. Store in FASP in approved containers. Requires two man rule for access. 24 hour armed guard surveillance. Category I “Non-nuclear man portable missiles and rockets “in a ready to fire” configuration” AT4, Stinger, Dragon, LAW, Viper, etc.
