As of January 1, 2013 waivers are no longer offered or allowed to bypass the “E” license and begin with a “D” license course. After earning an “E” license, is there a waiting period between the “E” and “D” courses? Applicants must show they have been “actively coaching” for a minimum of six (6) months. The active coaching period begins on the issue date of the “E” License. After earning a “D” license, is there a waiting period between the “D” and “C” courses? Applicants must show they have been “actively coaching” for a minimum of twelve (12) months. The active coaching period begins on the issue date of the “D” License.
