We have three overall aspects: 1) Creating elite soccer players, who can play professionally both local and international (elite aspect) 2) Making kids in Shanghai and China choose soccer as their first choice of team sport (non-elite aspect) 3) Educate the next generation of young Chinese coaches and in that relation take responsibility for the Chinese society (social aspect) ESSA’s CHINA PROJECT

 In August 2013: We have regular players on a weekly basis  In : We will explore and develop the soccer in China, making soccer the preferred team sport for kids in every age group in the country  In : Our best players live at our academy, train in the morning at ESSA, go to school and train again in the afternoon at ESSA (7 times a week + match)  In 2022: We have developed at least one player at ESSA, who gets a professional contract in China or in Europe  In 2022: At least one of our Chinese coaches has made it as a professional coach in sports (the next generation) AIMS :
