Question Word Who What When Where Why How Which How much/many Quién Qué Cuándo Dónde/Adónde Por qué Cómo Cuál Cuánto(a)(s) ¿Cuántos años tienes? ¿De dónde eres?¿Cómo estás?

Inversion Question This type of question is formed when the subject and the verb flip-flop or invert their order in the sentence. ¿Eres tú de aquí? ¿Haces tú la tarea antes de hablar por teléfono?

Tag-Word Question This type of question is formed when you make a statement and tag a question on to the end of it. Tú eres de aquí, ¿verdad? Me gustan los deportes, ¿y tú? Te gusta el helado, ¿no?

Intonation Question This type of question can only be used in conversation. The question is formed by simply taking a statement and raising the tone of your voice to imply doubt. ¿Te gusta la tarea? ¿Organizas tu cuarto?
