 Bullying is a serious issue in our society, but what is bullying?  Bullying is not just physical or verbal abuse, it is also psychological harassment. Many children are suffering from bullying in schools, being the target of bullies aggression.

Many of the victims are seriously affected emotionally and physically by the severe abuse of bullies. Consequently, the victims may suffer from depression, low self- esteem and feeling miserable and in some cases take the wrong decision of suicide.It is a wordwide problem.

 Social media and mobile communication are an easier method than ever for young people to share, but people also create an environment for bullying as an inescapable and faster method than ever before.

 Bullying affects both genders in different forms:  Male students are forces to prove their masculinity show strong character and never seen as weak, they may be bullied leading to a miserable time in the school.  Girl students are unfairly bullied for their weakness of gender.

 Domination though physical power  Kicking  Beating up  Calling the target derogatory names  Forcing the target to do things he does not want to do.  Being mean to the target front of others

Many parents and teachers are at a loss in dealing with bullying effectively. What should parents and teachers do? Parents and teachers consider whether disciplinary action should be taken.
