Regulators They have: Vitamins,minerals, proteins. They are divided in two groups: 1.Vegetables: 3 serving in a day 2.Fruits: 2 serving in a day.
Trainers They form all the VISUAL parts of the body.(skin,hair,nails,etc.) Dairy products are trainers: Milk Yogurt Cheese
Energetics They have carbohydrates. They are NOT neccesary for our body. They give tou our body fast energy, that our body CAN´T burn totally.
A good lunch can have.. A sandwich(bread,ham,and vegetables) or a small salad. A juice or water. A small muffin or cookies. A fruit.
