يحتوي النظام على قسمين مع احتمالية فتح اقسام جديدة في المستقبل. لكل قسم اسم وعنوان ورقم هاتف ومساحة معينة ورمز خاص لا يتكرر.

يعمل بكل قسم موظف ع الأقل, لكل موظف اسم وعنوان وتاريخ ميلاد ورقم هاتف واحد على الاقل وعنوان بريد الكتروني واحد ورقم هوية ويجب تحديد وقت بدء العمل وانتهائه لكل موظف بشكل يومي للحصول على عدد ساعات العمل اليومي لكل موظف وإعطاء الراتب بشكل شهري بناءا على عدد الساعات اليومية. مع العلم ان هناك ثلاثة انواع من الموظفين منهم ما هو صاحب رأس مال فقط ومنهم ما هو صاحب رأس مال وعامل في نفس الوقت ومنهم ما هو عامل فقط.

يتعامل اصحاب رأس المال مع تجار الجملة, لكل تاجر اسم ورقم هاتف العمل ورقم المحمول وعنوان العمل وعنوان المنزل, ولديه عنوان بريد الكتروني ورقم هوية.

يبيع التاجر البضائع لأصحاب رأس المال بحيث يكون لكل بضاعة رمز خاص لا يتكرر واسم ومكان صنعها وتاريخ الانتاج وتاريخ الانتهاء وسعر الجملة وسعر المفرق وعدد القطع في الكرتونه الواحدة, وعند شراء البضاعة يجب تحديد عدد الكراتين التي تم شرائها من الصنف الواحد.

اما البريد الصادر فهو كل ما على الاقسام من مستلزمات للدفع وهي فواتير الكهرباء والمياه والإيجار الشهري لكل قسم ومقدار الاموال المدفوعة لشراء البضائع ورواتب الموظفين الشهرية والديون المستحقة علينا.

يرد الى كل قسم ما يسمى بالصندوق الوارد وهو المال الذي يتم الحصول عليه من بيع البضائع بحيث يتم تسجيل كل قطعة من البضاعة التي تم بيعها خلال اليوم وعدد القطع المباعة والسعر التي بيعت فيه وفي نهاية الشهر يتم حساب البريد الوارد عن طريق ضرب عدد القطع بسعر القطعة الواحدة في حالة تم بيعها نقدا اما في حالة بيعها بالدين فلا تحسب من ضمن البريد الوارد بل يضاف اليه الديون المسددة.

يبيع الموظفون البضائع بسعر المفرق الى الزبائن اما نقدا او عن طريق او بالدين, يسمح لكل زبون حد معين من الدين وذلك حسب علاقته مع الاقسام. عند استدانة الزبون يجب وضع المعلومات الخاصة به وهي اسمه وعنوانه ورقم الهوية ورقم هاتفه ومقدار ما عليه من دين والحد المسموح له بالدين.
