Matthew 28 John Luke 24 Mark 16

Gospel Preaching is Vain and Worthless. 1 Corinthians 15 :1-4 “Now I would remind you, brothers, of the gospel I preached to you, which you received, in which you stand, and by which you are being saved, if you hold fast to the word I preached to you—unless you believed in vain. For I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received: that Christ died for our sins in accordance with the Scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day in accordance with the Scriptures”

Our Faith is Vain and Pointless. 1 Corinthians 15 :14 “And if Christ has not been raised, then our preaching is in vain and your faith is in vain.”

The Apostles were false witnesses. 1 Corinthians 15 :15 “We are even found to be misrepresenting God, because we testified about God that he raised Christ, whom he did not raise if it is true that the dead are not raised”

We are Still in our Sins. 1 Corinthians 15 : “And if Christ has not been raised, your faith is futile and you are still in your sins. Then those also who have fallen asleep in Christ have perished”

We are Still in our Sins. 1 Corinthians 15 : 17 “And if Christ has not been raised, your faith is futile and you are still in your sins.” Believers have perished at death…with no hope 1 Corinthians 15:18 “ Then those also who have fallen asleep in Christ have perished”

We are to be pitied. 1 Corinthians 15 : 19 “If in Christ we have hope in this life only, we are of all people most to be pitied.”

It Verifies that we have Justification.. Romans 4:24-25 “But for ours also. It will be counted to us who believe in him who raised from the dead Jesus our Lord, 25 who was delivered up for our trespasses and raised for our justification.”

It demonstrates the power Christians have to Convert Live Godly Lives

It gives us hope for our own resurrection. 1 Peter 1:3-12, 21
