Consultancy Process We will manage the following process: Identify and approach suitably qualified candidates for the position you would like to close. Carry out full face to face interviews with each screened candidate. These interviews will consist of a detailed discussion and explanation of the specific opportunity, an assessment of the candidate’s technical and interpersonal skills.
