 The tigers habitat is a tropical rain forest in Sumatra, Indonesia.  It lives in the lower part of the Indonesian mountains.  They also live in swamps,grasslands and savannas. They like to live close to water.

 They are reddish-yellow with long black stripes. Their stripes are thinner than others.  Tigers have partial webbed feet unlike other species of tigers. Their webbed toes help them swim faster.

 The reason the Sumatran Tiger is endangered is because its lose of habitat and its being poached. Humans are overpopulating.
