Board Unanimously Approves Regional Priorities Call to Expedite Transportation Over Others Rapid Formation of and Due Diligence by “Expert Committee” on Regional Transportation (ECRT) Task Force Chair and Vice Chair Appointment Due Diligence and Recommendations Receive CFP Board Approval Summary Timeline

Task Force Purpose To assemble and resource regional business champions To establish and advance the most influential shortlist of regional transportation projects and strategies To ensure globally relevant measures To ensure best approaches to engaging a broad civic community in action and tracking success, and success in messaging and advocacy To reflect leader consensus for the regional funding strategies and innovations that will distinguish Central Florida in the global economy

Central Florida Council of “Great Transportation Thinkers” The Task Force will have a reciprocal relationship with the “Great Transportation Thinkers,” exchanging customer information and market intelligence to benefit transportation efforts.  Canaveral Port Authority  District 5 - Florida Department of Transportation  Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise  Greater Orlando Aviation Authority  LYNX  MetroPlan Orlando  Orlando-Orange County Expressway Authority  Space Florida These members do not speak for their agencies alone, but draw on their knowledge base, applied experiences in Central Florida and other markets, and unique access to associations, research, and centers of excellence. The “Great Transportation Thinkers” include the executive leadership of representative ports, transportation agencies and authorities, and planning organizations.
