What did I do? Why was his health affected? Bad Skin Bad Skin –Smoking restricts blood vessels. Therefore, it prevents oxygen and nutrients from getting to the skin. This makes the skin pale and unhealthy. Yellow teeth and bad breath Yellow teeth and bad breath –Tar present in the cigarettes stains a smoker's teeth with brownish-yellow colour which also causes bad breath.

Why was he changed? Bad mood Bad mood –Due to lack of nicotine in smokers’ body, he/she becomes anxious, agitated and restless. Quarrels with parents and siblings Quarrels with parents and siblings –Due to bad mood, lack of interest in studies and increase in demand of pocket money.

Our Learning Smoking does not only causes health problems but also strain the family relationships. Smoking does not only causes health problems but also strain the family relationships.
