 The most common symptom of a stomach ulcer is a burning pain that develops in the upper abdomen or the centre of your abdomen. However, the pain can also travel up to your neck and down to your navel (belly-button).

 A stomach or gastric ulcer is a break in the tissue lining of the stomach. Most stomach ulcers are caused by infection with the Helicobacter pylori bacterium or anti-inflammatory medication, not stress or poor diet as once thought. Treatment options include antibiotics and acid-suppressing medications.

 Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) is a bacteria found in the inner lining of the stomach and/or duodenum, that causes chronic inflammation. It is a microorganism that can thrive in the highly acidic environment of the stomach.

 Cabbage!!! Cabbage may not sound like amazing medicine, but in terms of its complex Phytonutrient compounds, it's actually one of the most advanced natural treatments for ulcers yet engineered by Mother Nature.
