beginning stance with foot opposite of racquet in front. knees bent slightly - simultaneously tosses ball overhead and raises racquet - holds ball between thumb and all four fingers with thumb pointing to spot of contact. - shifts weight from back to front foot. -toss is proper height -does not cross serving line eyes on ball at contact - snaps wrist - follows through with racquet across body. -able to place the ball into the correct box -able to vary speed or depth -able to strategically place the ball -able to hit the ball into the correct box 8 out of 10 times Able to hit ball over 100 mph
