Stocks, Options and Warrants Common Stock – The Company is authorized to issue up to 25,000,000 shares of Common Stock with a par value of $0.001 per share. Holders of record of Common Stock are entitled to cast one vote per share on all matters submitted to a vote of the Company’s stockholders. Preferred Stock – The Company is authorized to issue up to 15,000,000 shares of Preferred Stock with a par value of $0.001 per share.
