Working in partnership to make Dorset safer 2 Your responsibilities The RR(FS)O 2005 places a legal responsibility on the employer to protect relevant persons from fire Carry out a suitable and sufficient fire risk assessment Ensure that you understand your responsibilities, act on the significant findings of the fire risk assessment
