Provide clear description of project justification and benefits.  Is the request for design only or design and construction? If for design only, request should cover only the design services. Construction management should be requested when construction funds are requested.  Identify operating costs both one-time and ongoing.  Projects of $5 million or more require predesigns and design.  Bond fund and cash flow estimates are required.  Updated minor works project lists are required.  Costs estimates Extra services Project management Project contingencies Projects on a SF basis
