What is Our Group Supposed To Do? Each project group is charged with: – Brainstorming ideas of projects that would positively impact and fulfill a need within the assigned community – Assessing the best* idea(s) by conducting research, performing interviews, etc. – Determining recipient community and project parameters based on assessment – Defining Project Goal(s) – Creating a project plan for implementation (schedule/tasks) – Assigning tasks to meet objectives * As determined by the entire group 2 Cleveland Federal Community Leadership Institute Class 2015
