Home Screen Have associate log onto iPhone On the Home Screen click the Employee App button found at the bottom of the screen

Once clicking the Employee App button you will be taken to the Main Menu screen On this screen you have the ability to select Inventory, view Weekly Sales Report (Store Management Only), and additional tools Weekly Sales Report is only available to Department Managers and higher ranking Management Weekly Sales Report only gives store highlights, not department breakdowns Main Menu

Once on the Main Menu screen you will use the Inventory Link When in the Inventory Lookup screen, type in the Item number/UPC number or scan the product barcode Inventory Link

Upon scanning or typing in your Item Number/UPC you will be able to look at a product’s: o Price o Stock vs. Non Stock o OHs o Last Sold o Last Received o Sales WTD o 3 Week Average Sales o Sales Last Year o Last Cycle Count With this information you can view a detailed report of the health/status of individual items This is a great resource when checking On Hands, Stock status, and tracking sales for NLP promotions Also, take notice of the additional links at the bottom of the screen: Area Lookup, Request, and Labels Inventory Lookup Detail

When using the Inventory Link you are able to utilize “Area Lookup” by clicking the link at the bottom of the screen This screen shows all stores in the vicinity that stock additional OHs of the product originally scanned This is helpful if you need to “ICB” product or for helping a consumer find more of a particular item Area Lookup

When using the Inventory Link you are able to utilize “Inventory Request” by clicking the link at the bottom of the screen On this screen you are able to change OHs, order additional product, and view shipping information Only Department Managers and higher ranking Management can order additional product Inventory Request

By selecting an Item on the Inventory Link you are able to print labels by selecting the “Labels” link at the bottom of the screen Choose bin or beam label and send to the printer of choice Printing Labels

This function allows the consumer and associate to access Lowe’s “How To” videos from youtube. Videos range from: measuring your window, the benefit of Levolor Lightmaster, shortening CSN blinds, and installation of all CSN blinds and shades YouTube Access
