(29%) of signatories have targets for developing renewable energy in the areas compared to 16% of non signatories more likely to have an officer dedicated to sustainable energy and climate change - just over half of signatory municipalities (55%), compared to 42% of non signatories. more likely (78%)to have an politician with a climate change portfolio.
