Preview Only Toxic Talk Toxic talk is any communication that becomes damaging to either the employees or the organization. The three most typical types of toxic talk are gossip, gripes and rumors. Preview Only 3 3

Gossip Gossip is conversation of a social nature that is: personal sensational usually derogatory 4 4
