How can I find CVP IS in english language? First you must visit and choose language. !

Here you can see proposal submission window (as seen by suppliers who accepted CA invitation) 1. Qualification questions (Qualification questionnaire) (if available); 2. Objects of the contract (if available); 3. Total price (offered price) (if available); 4. You can attach documents. CA Procurement (contract documents) documents are provided on the left side of the window !

1. Qualification questions (Qualification questionnaire) (if available). Providing answers to the questionaire of qualification: Step 1: mark the right answer. Step 2 and 3: If CA requires attach document, which confirms provided answer; Step 4: press “Save”.

2. Objects of the contract (if available). Important! Press “Save” after filling out the form and reviewing it.

3. Total price (offered price) (if available); Important! Press “Save” after filling out the form and reviewing it. On the left side CVP IS provides reminder about calculated price (see “Providing prices for the Objects of the contract”). 1 2

4. You can attach documents.

Press “Done”.

Submit proposal (tender): 1 step press “Submit Quotation”; 2 step press “Send”. 1 2

Select the certificate. !

Tender successfully submitted.

How to request additional information from contracting authority? !

Press “New message…”. !

1) 1. Select recipient (s) “To...”; 2. Fill out subject; 3. Fill out message text; 4. Attach files (optional) press “Attach files..”; 5. Send message “Send”.

How to retake and change submitted tender? 1 2

Make your changes and resubmit tender. 1 step press “Submit Quotation”; 2 step press “Send”. 1 2

Select the certificate. !
