Contractor Self Registration Tutorial

Click on the Register Icon to start the registration process

Fill out the form, choose contractor and press the Submit button at the bottom of the page.

Fill out the rest of the information needed to start the enrollment process. Click on “Submit” to continue with the enrollment process

Fill out your company details and scroll down, to complete the rest of the form.

Fill out you banking details and company registration number in one of the given formats. Click on “Submit” to complete this section.

Click on the next category to continue (On the left of your screen). Previous categories get market as completed. Click on your name, in the contacts list

The only information still needed is the Title. Please fill this in and click the “Submit” button.

Click on Routes to fill chose the routes you can travel with your trucks. To select your routes click on the “Add New” button.

Please select your vehicle type and the “from” and “to” regions that you travel with your trucks. Click on “Save” to save your routes.

Click on Services. Chose to make use of our SMS/ services. Also fill in additional Cell numbers and addresses. You can also calculate how much sms/ s you will get for your credits

Enter your amount of credits and see how many s and how many Sms’s you will receive

Please fill out your Insurance Details. If your broker is registered you can select him/her from the dropdown list at the top of the page. You can also click on “GIT Documents” to download the confirmation document

For the final step, you can view and print your invoice. Please use your Invoice number as a reference when paying.

Tick the authorize enrollment checkbox. Then click the enroll button to complete the process

As soon as Sizanani received the necessary documents and confirmed your payment on their bank statement, they will approve you to use the system. Then you will be able to log on and start using the Sizanani.com system

On the first logon, you will have to sign contracts saying, that you are authorized to sign contracts for your company, as well as sign the Sizanani, Afgri, Senwes, Omnia Transportation contracts
