EAB School Renewal Schools will receive renewal memo mid-July Completed application, fees, and attachments due Friday, September 1, 2006 Process for Calendar Year 2007
What requirements stay the same? Schools will continue to submit: A completed EAB renewal form 1.07 A first payment of $500 for active schools; $100 for inactive schools A financial statement that includes a balance sheet and income statement
What requirements will change? Schools no longer required to submit: A school catalog An enrollment agreement Advertising or promotional materials Description of processes for evaluating curriculum materials
Schools will identify reporting year: July 1, 2005 through June 30, 2006 Or The school’s most recently, completed fiscal year Changes in Reporting Requirements Outcomes Reporting:
Additional reporting requirements: Schools must submit description of system(s) used to gather data for outcomes reporting and how those numbers are verified EAB will pay special attention to schools’ processes for verifying employment

Summary of 2007 Requirements: Submit renewal application online or paper copy. Mail to the EAB: -$500 payment for active schools -$100 payment for inactive schools -Financials -Description of reporting systems with samples of instruments, surveys, etc. -Completed and signed checklist and acknowledgement page.
