להשוואה 1: My car is newer than your car. Your car is ___er than my car.

להשוואה 2: More + adj. + than – כדי לציין יותר מ – כאשר שם התואר הוא בעל 2 הברות או יותר, משתמשים ב: More + adj. + than – כדי לציין יותר מ – או Less + adj. + than – כדי לציין פחות מ – This book is more interesting than my book. The _____ is more ________ than ___________. This game is less attractive than football. The _____ is less _______ than _____________.

להפרזה 1: The most + adj. – כדי לציין הכי הרבה כאשר משווים בין דבר אחד לקבוצה שלמה, מוסיפים est לשם התואר (הקצר) - כדי לציין 'הכי' Liz is the fastest runner in the class. כאשר שם התואר ארוך (2 הברות ויותר) משתמשים ב: The most + adj. – כדי לציין הכי הרבה The least + adj. – כדי לציין הכי מעט
