March 22, 2011 Sponsored by Story PTA Principal’s Corner Our faculty would like to thank you for your wonderful support during Open House. We all enjoyed watching our students “beaming” with pride as they shared their work with their parents, grandparents, siblings, and other family members. I also want to thank you for returning the surveys. The overall rating of the experience at Story from 146 families who returned the survey was: A = 134 B = 11 C = 1 F = 0 The results were very complementary of the school atmosphere, the high academic and behavioral standards, the communication between home and school, and the school and staff. A link to the detailed rating results for each section of the survey can be found on the Story website. Our Campus Improvement Team (members include Story staff, district personnel, parents, community members, and business owners) will review the results of the survey and use this information to plan for the Campus Improvement Plan. Our Story Leadership Team (members include team leaders from every grade level and staff members in key positions that impact the entire school) will also use this information to plan for next year. Thank you for your feedback. We continually strive to meet children’s needs and serve them in the best possible way. Thank you for TEAMing with us!
