THE MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE SEMINAR IS TO CONDUCT ASSOCIATION BUSINESS TO INCLUDE A NATIONAL GUARD BUREAU AND AN ANG TRAINING AND EDUCATION CENTER/NCOA UPDATE. ATTENDEES PARTICIPATE IN EIGHT HOURS OF ENLISTED PME. FORMALLY RECOGNIZE THE OUTSTANDING GRADUATE OF THE YEAR AND THE MAJ GEN I.G. BROWN COMMAND EXCELLENCE AWARD WINNERS AND AWARD SCHOLARSHIPS.
