Logistics for P5 Underground visit of CMS Detector with CMS Technical coordination – We are in the middle of LS1 … what is going on on the detector? Tour of surface infrastructure and P5 site – What is behind getting a huge experiment like CMS to work – Control Room, Labs, power, cryo, cooling, PC farm etc Run Coordination, Technical Coordination and BRIL – We are in the middle of the Weekly Global Run #2 – Take advantage of chance to ask questions and participate in getting the experiment ready, tuning the CMS engine for Run II. – Ask questions about CMS and LHC Many experts will be in P5, your guides are special chosen, please take advantage of interacting with them

Outline of the afternoon General program – 12:45-13:15 - travel to P5 – 13:15-14:20 lunch (tent +picnic) – 14:20-14:30 group photo – 14:30-17:30 talks/visits groups 1,2,3 – 18:00 bus return to CERN Special program summer students: – As above except – 14:30-15:45 talks/visits summer students – 16:00 bus return to CERN for summer students
