Company History Founded in 1875 as a stained glass studio Acquired in 1892 by Edwin Penna 1970 vonRoenn came to work at Studio 1977 vonRoenn left to get graduate degree in Architecture from Yale U Ken vonRoenn purchased company in 1991 from Penna family and changed the focus

Mission To expand the role of glass in architecture and make it more interesting, exciting, and ultimately more meaningful for those who live, work and experience it. This is accomplished by expanding the diversity of applications and the use of new technologies
