Excavating the window well which is then used wherever possible as the access point for the Damp Treat team avoiding disruption to the remainder of the property

Sinking the sump into the floor
Drainage channel is laid around the perimeter and covered with pea gravel First fix plumbing is installed ready for installation of radiators etc
Application of cavity drainage membrane to the walls and floor
Application of cavity drainage membrane to the stairs
A reinforced screed has been laid over the floor membrane and independent studwork erected around the walls
Insulation is incorporated into the studwork
Plasterboard is applied to studwork and any internal studwork walls required erected
Plasterboard is skimmed
Stairs are clad with wood
Installation of second fix plumbing including radiators and any sanitary ware
The finished product showing windows and cupboards created around meters
