The UK traditional cooking is famous for its high quality. It has a lot of regional varieties. Most of the dishes are very popular in some regions and are called by their names, like “Scotch Broth”, Welsh flat round cakes, English Christmas pudding.

The English cooking is represented by appetizing choice of dishes, which practically unites all cooking traditions in the world. Now it is famous for different kinds of cheese, fruit pies and Five o’clock Tea.
